1. Can you give me an estimate? How much will my project cost?
There are many variables in a restoration or custom project making cost estimation impossible. Hidden sheet metal rust, availability of parts, condition of project, will we purchase or fabricate the needed materials; these are just the beginning of complications your pride and joy can throw at you. She may be a beauty on the outside, but you never know what the inside holds. Too many times have we seen frustrated customers come from other shops where their project has been sitting in pieces for the last year due to underpricing. Believe me, if a shop has to eat the cost of your project, they will usually stop where they are and you will have to pick up the pieces. We work with our customers on an individual basis so we can best complete the project to everyone's satisfaction.

2. How are my parts stored?
All parts are labeled according to customer and project. We take great pride in our meticulous organization and filing system.

3. How long will it take to complete my project?
Again, there is no proper estimation (see Cost Estimation). We will work with you on an individual basis. We will do our best to meet any deadlines you may have, however, we will not compromise quality to do a rush job for anyone! All projects are on a first come, first served basis. If there is a waiting list, you will be placed accordingly.

4. What type of paint do you use?
We primarily use PPG and House of Kolor finishes. We will select according to your project. We do not use paint brought in by the customer. We will be happy to sit down with you and discuss what products will work best for your project.

5. Will I receive a detailed invoice?
We take pride in our detailed records. You will receive an invoice with all hours invested, parts cost with item number, and any other cost associated with your project.
